Most orders ship next business day
Most orders ship by FedEx 2nd Day Air unless too bulky for a flat rate box, or if shipping to a state neighboring with Utah where ship times are similar. FedEx 2nd Day air does not deliver on Saturdays or Sundays so sometimes ground is preferable.
Alaska & Hawaii Orders
Our free shipping over $99 and flat rate shipping under $99 only applies to Alaska and Hawaii orders that we are able to ship via FedEx in 12x20x2.5 inch boxes. So all items that fall outside of this height limit of 2.5 inches, for example the Masking Tape, Cardboard, & Rubber Bayer Rollers, will not be able to be fulfilled. We are also unable to ship to any PO Boxes in Alaska and Hawaii, so we will need a physical address that FedEx can ship to.

International Orders
We ship Internationally!!!!! We ship FedEx Duty Paid. No surprises when the package arrives. The duties are of course dependent on your country (don’t shoot the messenger, we don’t set duty rates). During check out simply put in your address and Shipping and Duties will be calculated. If your country is not on the list, please email us at info@craftcloset.com and we will check for you if we can ship. Due to packaging issues we do not ship paints, rocks and stones, masking tape or general accessories internationally. We do provide all of our flat goods though.
